I currently coordinator of a catholic youth group. I been going to this youth group since 2019 as a leader and then I became coordinator in November 2021. We have youth group every Thursday evening so I plan with my helpers to plan out the agenda. These were some of the scenarios I run into as being coordinator.

• Since I deal with people in my youth group I use my communication skills since it very vital when having interaction with people
• As a coordinator I have to adapt with the helpers which I have and find a way to use their strength or see what position they fit best
• I need to have a positive attitude with the people in my youth group because if I have a bad attitude there I drive people away.
• Most of all I have to be responsible because if I miss up from my part the youth group will get destroyed.
• I often run into problems so I have to use my problem thinking skills to think the solution to the problem.

When I was a TA in the confirmation program I had to help the Teachers in the class. Some classes were in person and other in zoom. I would take attendance in that class and help out planning on what to teach. Since the Teachers was a married couple that were about to have a kid I had to take over class when they weren't there. At first I struggle but I adapted. I need to be respectful of the students and have direct communication. I had to make sure when we would be in person that everything is under control. I had to have a positive attitude towards the students in order to build a connection with them. When a student was doing something wrong I had to take control of the situation and solve the problem.
