Manage and lead the company’s warehouse and Free Trade Zone operations in Miami, maintaining compliance with international regulations and internal quality standards.

-Identify, propose, and implement technological tools and process improvements to enhance operational workflows and supply chain performance.

-Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.

-Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
