Team members come to me with all sorts of questions, and If I don’t have the answer, I do my best to research other resources available to assist them to succeed. I am always ready to learn something new.  Due to my cultural background and the ability to speak four different languages including Arabi, French, English and Didinga, plus other African dialects, I work very well with a wide variety of cultures, backgrounds, and languages.
