Also supervised the load out of PRM1 and two suction piles from Aveon offshore to Onne safely without any incident with over 200 workers
  • As a HSE Coordinator completed the installation, Hookup, commissioning of Meren Gas Gathering Compression Platform (MGGCP) 06/01/15 without any Days away from work with over 150 workers
  • As the HSE Lead, supervised the float over operation for installation of Meren Gas Gathering Compression Platform without any incident, currently supervising the Hook activities at the same platform.
  • As a Project Manager completed installation of Platform living quarters in Delta Platform, installation of PLEM/Bouy, 42'' export pipeline without any days away from work or fatality with over 100 workers in site
  • As HSE Coordinator completed first phase of EGP3B Gas gathering, pipeline and platform modification project without DAFW/LTI North Offshore field of Chevron Escravos field. Achieved over 3 million man-hour without DAFW.
  • As a Safety Advisor (WAGP Nigeria), I am overseeing a Gas Compression construction site with 650 construction workers. Have achieved over 4 Million Manhours without LTI (DAFW), over 890,967 kilometers driven without recordable MVC (Motor Vehicle Crash). Recommended and got approved the installation IVMS (In Vehicle Speed Monitor) for Project Vehicles in WAGP Nigeria. Developed and got approved Road Safety Drivers engagement procedure for WAGP Nigeria. Have so far successfully managed contractors and sub-contractors for WAGP Nigeria without DAFW. Recommended and got approved the installation of two-way radio communication for project vehicles. Successfully implemented the Lockout/Tag out system as part of our permit to work system (PTW).
  • HSE Advisor SPDC (Afam 650Megawatt Gas and Power Station). Successfully enforced safe systems of works which resulted in achieving about 3,384,870 Million Manhours without an LTI, with a workforce of 1,968 workers.
  • HSE Representative (Willbros West Africa Choba (OGGS Project)), successfully supervised over 300 workers without recording any lost time incidents. The project was Offshore Gas Gathering project for SPDC in Bonny Island with WILLBROS as Contractor. Also, supervised a workforce of about 150 for the Construction of Gas receiving facility (GTS5) NNLG plant in Bonny Island Nigeria for TOTALFINA elf.
