• Installation of 16’’ Rise Pipes and J-Tube Pipes: Successfully completed the installation offshore without any recordable incident or injury.
• Construction of Two Single Point Mooring Assets (SPM 4 & 5): Successfully completed construction without days away from work, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Supervision of Agbami Phase 3 Project: Safely supervised the construction of two 4-slot production manifolds and two suction piles at Aveon offshore fabrication yard, achieving no DAFW.
• Supervised the load-out of PRM1 and two suction piles from Aveon Offshore to Onne without any incident.
• Hookup and Commissioning of Meren Gas Gathering Compression Platform: Successfully supervised the installation, hookup, and commissioning without any days away from work.
• Float Over Operation for Meren Gas Gathering Compression Platform: Supervised the operation without any incident and continued to oversee hookup activities at the platform.
• Delta Platform Projects: Completed installation of platform living quarters, PLEM/Buoy, and 42’’ export pipeline without any days away from work or fatality.
• EGP3B Gas Gathering and Platform Modification Project: As HES Coordinator, completed the first phase without DAFW/LTI, achieving over 3 million man-hours without DAFW in Chevron’s North Offshore field, Escravos.
• West African Gas Pipeline Project (WAGP) Nigeria: Overseeing a gas compression construction site with over 650 workers, achieved over 4 million man-hours without LTI (DAFW) and 890,967 kilometers driven without recordable MVC. Implemented IVMS for project vehicles and developed a Road Safety Drivers Engagement Procedure.
• HSE Adviser at SPDC (Afam 650MW Gas and Power Station): Enforced safe systems of work, resulting in 3,384,870 man-hours without an LTI, with a workforce of 1,968 workers.
• HSE Representative at Willbros West Africa (OGGS Project): Supervised over 300 workers without recording any lost time incidents on SPDC's Bonny Island project. Also, supervised 150 workers for the construction of a gas receiving facility (GTS5) at NLNG plant in Bonny Island for TOTALFINA Elf.
