Helping both the front of the house and the back of the house. I assist in food delivery and table upkeep, as well as bridging communication between the servers, kitchen staff, and managers. My other responsibilities focus on the timeliness of services and their execution accuracy while managing guest attention stream to ensure orderly progress of work processes in the restaurant, which requires a high degree of teamwork, and pace.
