  • As an Activity Manager, I review Concept Papers and proposals and provide feedback and recommendations for consideration on funding.
  • Track timelines and due dates for concept paper and proposal reviews and ensures these processes are on track for all Activity Managers within OHA, according to USAID/BHA guidelines for proposals.
  • Participate in Implementing Partners meetings, ensure partner meetings are scheduled at regular intervals and keeps.
  • Manages and updates a comprehensive database of all assigned OHA spreadsheets to track program monitoring, including grant status, sector focus, and geographic location.
  • Schedules and coordinates office meetings, workshops, and retreats, while receiving visitors and responding to inquiries from the public, government, non-governmental organizations, and diplomatic missions.
  • Prepare action memoranda for TDYers as requested by the Office Director and manage the clearance and approval process.

  • Prepare vouchers and receipts for all deposit and withdrawals to and from the project accounts and record them in the predefined chart of accounts in the system.
