Removal/Replace/Repair of Plant Equipment(Valves,Piping,Transmitters,Indicators,Gauges,Exchangers,Tower Components) Read Flowsheets and Drawings to determine flow directions and orientations. Install temporary wraps on leaking pipe. Bolt up and torque flanges to specifications. I'm able to walk out equipment and verify lockout/tagout procedures.

Removed and installed Valves,Exchangers,Towers,Piping,Tower Internals,Gauges,Transmitters,etc. Read and understand drawings and schematics for new equipment. Cut and repair pipe. Resurfaced flanges, Pump Bases, tube sheets on Heat Exchangers/Coolers. Hydraulic Torquing and Tensioning on high pressure flanges. Dig trenches for underground fire water pipe Repairs/Replace and raplace undergroung valves. Repaired/Replaced foam boxes and deluge systems on storage tanks in tank farms for inspections.

Removed and replaced tubes on Heat Exchangers, Coolers, Reactors. Rolled tubes to tube sheets. Torque Flanges to specifications. Removed tubes and repaired internal baffle plates on reactors,exchangers,coolers,tanks.
