• As a TBC (Tire/Battery Center) associate, my job involved Scheduling and managing several appointments throughout the work day.
• Performing audits on stock and inventory of tires and tires replacement equipment.
• Repair and replacement of a variety of tires and batteries.

Role change: Merchandiser

• My job as an A.M Merchandiser required me to arrive before store hours to maintain stock level by company standards.
• Operate a forklift for dropping, stocking steel, and general usage.
• Perform regular audits on specified divisions of the store assigned to me.
• Keeping price signs up to date and within company standards.
• Large reorganization of store displays, aisle arrangements, steel wiring, etc.

• Responsibilities included unloading wine shipments into warehouse as well as processing invoices and shipment paperwork.
• Organization of multiple sections of double stacked wine pallets, unused beer can pallets and general inventory.
• Maintained a clean and operational workspace within the warehouse.

• Receive and process raw materials by hand.
• Operate forklift daily to organize and maintain operational space.
• Calculate the weight of product received, account for disparity.
• Managing a small team to more efficiently receive and unload trucks.

• Unload freight trucks in the receiving center, break down pallets and restock aisles.
• Organize product bays nightly while operating an electric lift.
• Assist customers with locating items for projects.

• Sanitized and maintained a clutter free work environment.
• Deep cleaning of refrigerated units as well as nightly floor cleanings using a cylindrical scrubber sweeper.
• Assembled pallets based on order request and positioned them for delivery.
• Worked with a computerized device that instructed my pallet layout.

• Prepared and cooked pizza and buffet items.
• Managed food items (preparation, temperature control, etc.) as well as assigned workers to specific stations and tasks.
• Received and delivered all food shipment items for store and distributed them in accordance with company standards, operated manual pallet jack to move said shipment.

• Manage the store and maintain operations daily.
• Handle guest complaints/problems and provide solutions.
• Handle all closing procedures and deposits for the day.
• Provide maintenance and cleaning to fryers and ovens weekly.
