Passionate about applied behavior, honed skills as a registered behavior technician with expertise in recording and managing data. Experience working with students with learning disabilities has developed proficiency as a BCBA, aiding them in grasping challenging concepts. Valuable internships and becoming a student analyst has allowed this pursuit of becoming a BCBA while enhancing advocacy abilities for this role.
Responsibilities: RBT's working with PBS Corp are required to do the following.
1. Adhere to and support PBS Corp's policies and procedures, facilitating their applications with individuals and families.
2. Communicate openly with behavioral analysts and regional coordinators regarding: a)availability and limits for accepting new clients, b) concerns affecting delivery of service, c) other issues required attention
3. Review behavior plans and other relevant (e.g., instructional) materials developed by behavior analysts for clients in order to facilitate consistent implementation and monitor outcomes appropriately.
4. Complete daily progress notes (related to implementation of the behavior intervention plan) on the SharePoint system for the behavior analyst to review.
5. Support the family and other caregivers in implementing the behavioral support strategies in the plan and collecting data.
6. Assist the behavior analyst in developing reports and conducting assessments upon request.
7. Participate in meetings as requested by the behavior analyst.
