Made sure all machines are ready for each patient treatment. Evaluated each patient as they came in, listened to any new symptoms that needed to be communicated to the nurses immediately, rotated access sticks, and educated patients on safe access care as well. Was on the Fluid Management Team to help assist patients on how to better well manage fluid intake or help nurses to assist on removing fluid for the patients better well being. Collaborated with healthcare team to develop individualized care plans for patients. Adjusted settings or positions of medical equipment. Took and documented the patient's temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates before and after dialysis treatment. Reviewed all new incoming patients, or next-day seating charts for changes or available seats to offer patients who needed extra treatments. RI relayed any new information to the nurses or the clinical manager.As a PCT III, I would train new incoming techs to open or close. Continued to assist new technicians in developing stronger work routines and ensuring they understood any new policies. Any new policies were reviewed with fellow co workers to ensure patient and employee safety. Ensured that all necessary supplies were stocked in patient rooms at all times. Was in charge of restocking the supply room to ensure all supplies were available next day and help with preparing for next supply orders.

Started on the training line as a springer. Eventually moved to help build frames and seat bottoms. Was a temporary floater when needed in other lines or work was slow at the end of the week. 

Took all incoming calls for H&R Block, assisting in tax questions and product usage. All tax questions were based on information being entered into the product and where to file certain forms. Seasonal position.

As a forklift operator I was in charge of loading and unloading all merchandise coming in or out of the warehouse. Was later promoted to all International orders going out. All orders were to be picked and ready for shipping by the end of the day. At the end of each day all equipment was put away and cleaned before leaving. 

As a forklift operator I made sure all the incoming product was put away as quickly as possible and in the right locations. Any oversized or heavy product was redirected to the proper areas and ensured that it would not be damaged. All damaged items received were reported to a member of management immediately. At the end of every shift, all equipment used was checked and put away properly. Any dangerous materials spilled were cleaned up as soon as possible as well. 

Checked in/out all guests and handled any issues that needed immediate attention. Ensured all duties were done promptly and efficiently. Balanced all accounts for end of day reports. Trained all new employees for night audit position. Managed and maintained a clean and well organized work environment.

Made and answered calls for new or existing patients. Helped troubleshoot glucometers when giving error codes or readings were too high/low. On occasion had to send emergency packs of glucose test strips when patients ran out or were running low. Called insurance companies to verify eligibility for new test glucose meters or strips.

Balanced all accounts at the end of the day for next day deposits. Made sure all reports were correct and faxed to corporate office. As Management, made sure the hotel was up to date with all inspections, hotel standards, and had plenty of supplies for all guests. Ensured a clean and well maintained appearance of the hotel inside and out. Knowledgeable in all areas of the hotel, from maintenance, housekeeping, and front desk to sales. Attended meetings with the City Commissioners Board for future possibilities between our hotel and city functions. As Assistant V.P. of Operations, monitored several hotels and assisted where needed to help increase occupancy and/or sales. Trained any new or current hotel managers to required high corporate standards.

Prepared machines for patients and kept them maintained. Connected patients and made sure they stayed stable during the duration of their treatment. Cleaned all the machines after every session. Provided CPR or any emergency medical treatment when needed.

Picked up blood specimens from local doctors offices on scheduled pick ups or emergency pick ups. Made sure all timed specimens were delivered immediately. Processed all specimens after delivery and sent to proper department for tests. Worked in other areas of the lab when needed as per management. All phlebotomists would cover the front area for any walk-in patients during holidays and cover rotation shifts.
