I am a soccer coach and referee. I would really say that i'm best at organizing and making sure everyone is behaving accordingly. I like to make sure everyone gets involved and feels welcomed. I have worked with many different age groups and personalities. I have worked with the special needs, children as young as kindergarten and people as old as anyone who can still move and play. I worked with the homeless, people in recovery and I don't shy away from anyone who wants to enjoy the game. When it comes to operating machinery, like a forklift, i take it very seriously. I am always cautious with my surroundings and behavior of others. You have to be overly cautious when operating any machinery.
