As the Lead Lifeguard, I am responsible for overseeing the safety and well-being of all guests at the pool. I manage a team of lifeguards to ensure they are fully supported, trained, and equipped to perform their duties effectively. My role includes maintaining a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for all patrons while enforcing pool rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of lifeguards, ensuring they are attentive, vigilant, and adequately trained in lifesaving techniques and emergency procedures.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for all swimmers.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, providing first aid, CPR, and other lifesaving procedures when necessary.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both staff and guests.
