• Coordinate ERSEA (Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment and Attendance) along with the Family and Community Engagement components of the Head Start Performance Standards in the Early/Head Start Programs.
• Participates in the planning, development, and implementation of the OHU Agency Service Plans to ensure consistency across program sites.
• Provides leadership and support to Family Support Specialists and Directors in the areas of Family Support, Advocacy, Community Partnerships, Enrollment, Recruitment, Selection, Eligibility, and Attendance (ERSEA) as outlined in the Head Start Performance Standards.
• Develops systems for the management and compliance of Family & Community Partnerships programming and ERSEA services provided at the Bridgeport/Waukegan CDC sites.
