Passionate Nutrition student at SDSU with a strong commitment to promoting health and wellness through innovative and evidence-based approaches. My journey includes founding Bayti, a Middle Eastern eatery, where I emphasized healthy, Mediterranean-inspired recipes, reflecting my dedication to nutrition and well-being. Volunteering at the SDSU Food Pantry further solidified my interest in community nutrition and addressing food insecurity. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Food & Nutrition, I am eager to expand my knowledge and skills through a master’s program in Nutrition to become a Registered Dietitian (RD), focusing on promoting health and nutrition primarily through clinical work.
I founded Bayti, a Middle Eastern eatery in Albuquerque that specialized in Mediterranean health recipes with a grab-and-go concept. As the founder, I was responsible for every aspect of the business, including developing the concept, hiring staff, creating recipes, managing operations, handling sales, and leading marketing efforts.
