Summary
Growing up with an immigrant family allowed me to understand what a Latins American dream can consist of. Ever since i was a young child, i have dreamt of being a police officer. Growing up i saw self-improvement within my family, and family member's. This showed me working hard for what you want to achieve is a possibility. Once i reached the legal age to start working in Illinois, i got a job in which i would later continue to grow as a leader and being promoted to a leadership role. I began to search for opportunities, so i continue my work ethic towards my future career goal. I have played football from the ages 5-18, in this sport i learned how critical it is to be coachable and to understand what is being taught. I was later on able to connect this skill to my work ethic allowing myself to be teachable and a understanding worker.

As a young child i grew a desire to fish, during this time i was allowed me to make connection with my family. I have gotten close with my grandfather by going fishing with him, and even having our first kayaking experience this year (2023). I have strengthen bonds with family and friends with a simple fishing trip.
