• Provide emotional support to patient and family.

• Help with patient recovery while working with occupational therapy, and physical therapy.

• Assigning and delegating duties to non-licensed nursing staff

• Provide direct nursing care in an adult ward under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Administer medications and treatment.
• Implement and document treatment interventions and develop a therapeutic relationship with patients.
• De-escalate patients.
• Accompany and transport patients to community medical and emergency appointments, and off ward activities.
