➢ Abel to use and understand technical specification,sketches,manuals,drawings,engineering instruction,Technical forms and publication to accomplish work assignment

➢proficient in computer skill including microsoft windows application&Maintenix(Aircraft maintenance management software)

➢ Adheres consistently to the airline safety and security policy and procedures
through identification and mitigation of operational hazards and related safety &
security risks and implements all precautionary actions / measures / processes;
conduct work activity safety planning before work begins, during the actual work
as conditions change, debriefing and hand over activities at the end of the work
and shifting to other work when emergent work is encountered; make safety a
priority and participate in safety briefings and meetings and take part in
implementing safety initiatives, regularly perform safety inspections of work
activities, facilities, equipment and vehicles and immediately quit and report to
supervisors/co-workers/concerned safety office if unanticipated hazardous or
unsafe conditions are encountered

➢ Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time by shift leader
➢ Prepares trouble shooting assistance whenever aircraft defects are reported by
outstations
➢ Follows-up aircraft differed defects and provide trouble shooting kits for repetitive and chronic problems
➢ Monitors repeated write ups (ie write ups written more than three times in a
row) and provide trouble shooting advice through trouble shooting kits Prepares
summary report on a daily basis

➢ Ensure that tasks are performed per approved data and the operators’
instruction
➢ Ensure that all the tasks are performed / inspected by qualified technicians /
inspectors and properly signed off by the person who
performed the task
