I volunteer at the Brighton Police Department through the Police Explorers program. I have recently been promoted the the position of Explorer Corporal. Through my position I help with the organization with weekly trainings and community service events.


Examples of community service events are and not limited to, Help for Homes, Parade of Lights, Fourth of July, and Summerfest. Additionally Explorers are required to have a full eight hours of community service a month the be able to stay in the program.


I have been able to help my post and department win awards through multiple competitions. Recently my post has won an award in January for a SWAT competition. We placed second in a competition called terrorist takeover. As well as in July of 2022 my post and team were able to bring home twelve separate awards back home. I was able to bring three home which included Fifth in high risk traffic stops, second in cell searches, and finally first in unknown trouble.
