Summary

With over 15 years of teaching experience across Europe and the USA, I bring a child-centered, inclusive approach to Physical Education, grounded in strong curriculum leadership and pastoral care. I am passionate about developing physical literacy through carefully sequenced, developmentally appropriate programs that support progression from foundational movement skills to advanced performance, while fostering confidence, resilience, and sportsmanship in every pupil. As a Responsive Classroom trained teacher, I prioritise positive learning cultures and pupil wellbeing, ensuring all students feel valued, motivated, and empowered to participate regardless of ability. I have extensive experience planning, delivering, and assessing PE across multiple key stages including GCSE, leading co-curricular sport, organising fixtures and whole-school sporting events, and supporting colleagues through mentoring and collaboration. I combine strong organisational and interpersonal skills with a commitment to high standards and inclusive excellence.
