Employment in child care allowed for strong conflict resolution skills to develop. Started at ANEWAY (before we went non-profit and were only know as Game On State) as a customer service representative working in the store behind the register while also cleaning and stocking shelves. Was promoted to manager after 9 months for displaying a strong passion for leadership. Worked with many different customer service staff while manager and formed strong bonds with each which led to more efficient shifts.
