• Conducts the initial report, investigation and assessment of any prevalent verbal or suggested security threats across the campus of United Hospital.
• Shadowed an Allina Health investigator over a period of six months and conducted approximately 275 threat/risk assessment "follow up's".

• Responded to various calls for service across the campus of United Hospital including but not limited to: individuals experiencing a mental health crisis, trespassed/suspicious individuals, verbal and physical altercations, medical emergencies, instances of visitor conflict, damage to property, vehicle accidents, drug/weapon violations and employee/visitor escorts.
• Conducted regular patrols of key areas to spot and control security concerns.
• Greeted guests professionally and courteously to cultivate welcoming atmosphere while making safety top priority.
• Acted quickly during emergency situations to reduce opportunity for damage and injury.

Ensured the safety of all present NBA players, coaches, employees of the court and attendees.

• Patrolled and monitored the premises of Xcel Energy Center and its connecting properties on foot and via video surveillance.
• Greeted guests professionally and courteously to cultivate welcoming atmosphere while prioritizing the safety of all event attendees and employees.
• Monitored guest behavior, while confirming compliance with security regulations. If such regulations were deemed in violation, the guest would be escorted off property.

• Responded to various calls for service across the City of Minnetonka and conducted duties such as: fingerprinting, transports and jail bookings, animal control, neighborhood complaints, crowd control, parking enforcement and extensive community outreach.

• Enhanced community safety by conducting regular foot and vehicle patrols.
