Setup and run 3 axis matsuura milling machine SNK Milling machine,locate fixture on machine table aligns and bolts,fixture the machine table positions material in fixture precisely balances and clamps piece minimize distortion,assembles cutting tool in holder monitor machine on computer visual display performs inspection of parts and complete operator inspection Reports keeps work area,tools and machine in a clean and orderly condition.

Setup and run 3 axis matsuura and OKK Milling Machine , setup vise grip on machine table setting work zero with edge finder, secure Edge finder in collet or chuck and set the spindle speed 600 to1000 rpm slide the edge finder tip over so that it is off center,assembles cutting tools in holder and complete productions, performs inspection of parts.

Final finishing,assembled,drilling and taping work pieces manufacturing orders run and setup bridgeport mill.

Control all machines in engine room fix it if neccessary.
