• Similar to my experience at Cryo+, I managed the spa, created employee schedules, delivery schedules, Inventory, Tank tracking and Membership tracking sheets, cleaned the entire space and did never ending laundry, ran every service including CryoTherapy, Infrared Sauna, Leg Compression, and Client Reward Programs. I ran the social media and communicated with clients.

I left due to repeatedly inappropriate behaviors from the owners towards clients and employees which eventually caused the business to go under among other things.

• A Mom-and-Pop Cryo spot tucked away in an NFL training gym, my first Cryo Job and Managerial experience. It was very small-scale, but it was a joy to work there. I ran the sessions, booked clients, sold memberships and packages, and attended events to promote us. Made deals with local gyms and yoga studios. Cleaning, laundry, machine maintenance, and certification. Eventually the owners were unable to afford raising rent prices in Buckhead, and chose to close down. It was a wonderful experience and I made lasting bonds with clients who to this day, have followed me to wherever I run Cryo!

-Every year (except during the pandemic) I take the weekend of Dragon Con off to work with Crit Success at the convention.

This means standing, talking, shouting, entertaining, educating, and selling for four very long days while representing the company as respectable, relatable, and fun. We sell 316L Stainless Steel rings of various types and purposes and I need to know all of the specifications, as well as the different types of rings and any possible thing they can be used for in order to best market to any customer that comes up.

This required keeping track of other workers, constant communicating, tech oversight, managing the Green Room for guests, and maintaining a clean space. I had to know the schedule and locations of all films and events, assist guests and keep the Green Room clean, organized, stocked, and comfortable.
