Missions Trip to Iceland

  • I had the privilege to join my school and go on a mission trip to Iceland last spring break
  • This trip was dedicated to aiding the Salvation Army in putting on children's camps for the many refugee families in the area
  • This work made me realize that I have a passion for working with refugees and gave me an insight into how hard it is to be one.

  • This job has given me so many opportunities to serve the lord through helping others
  • I have worked on numerous service projects and had the opportunity to work with many diverse groups on campus
  • Working with my fellow students to put together care packages for families in need has been one of my favorite parts of this job.
  • Led programs such as worship, study, fellowship, and service opportunities.
