• Held a IOC representative and Treasurer position in the cabinet.
• Calculated the budget break down of the events and discussed the requested amount in the general IOC meetings.

Advocating Health Equity and Inclusivity Club | Glendale Community College, Glendale CA | Fall 2021-Spring 2022.
• Promote advocacy and empower others to enter elds in healthcare and examine ways to make medicine more equitable for everyone.
• Held a leadership position as the IOC representative, and had a chance to discuss with ASGCC about our club fundings.

• Scholars Program gave me the chance to challenge myself both academically and socially. The honors classes that I took developed my
critical thinking and problem solving skills. I met with a group of like- minded scholars who had the same interests, goals, and majors as
mine.

• I received the Scholar Standout award for my outstanding work in GCC's Scholars Program, including my contributions to committees
and subcommittees. This award is given to Scholar students in November and December for their committee work during the fall
semester .
• Extended Opportunity Programs and Services (EOPS)
The main focus of the EOPS program was to provide students who have been affected by economic, language, social, and educational
barriers the resources that they need to complete their student goals and transfer to a university. EOPS provided me with great counseling
resources, book vouchers, and food. I met with my counselor 3 times a semester to make sure I am in good academic progress toward
transferring.
