Employed as an underground tour guide. At the time, the mine was active. I was responsible for giving both driving and walking tours while providing information about the history of mining. Being an active site, everything was performed under OSHA standards.

I was employed as both a walking and spelunking underground guide, giving public tours of three different cavern systems in the area. This job required great emphasis on the safety of our patrons and constant vigilance in regards to their wellbeing, in addition to providing information about the caves. Various site duties included cashier, gift shop inventory, and both below and above ground maintenance.

• Maintained a clean and organized workspace for optimal productivity and safety.
• Promoted a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers with a friendly demeanor and promptly addressing their needs.
• Maintained and operated espresso machines, blenders, commercial coffee brewers, coffee pots, and other equipment.
