• Riverside Regional Medical Center (CCU) 2017-2024 – Worked as charge nurse and precepted new hires and new grads. Learned skills in leadership and team collaboration. Strengthened skills that are required to initiate and maintain effective relationships such as, mutually respectful communication and collaboration within teams. Learned about the impact of power, politics and system policies.
