· Developed a novel sensitive method that utilized trapping-micro-LC (T-µLC) in tandem with narrow-window-isolation selected-reaction monitoring MS (NWI-SRM) to quantify vitamin D metabolites, overcoming the difficulty in quantifying low levels of particular metabolites
· Application in elucidating a negative correlation between vitamin D metabolite levels and multiple sclerosis onset and severity
