The District lead Counselor provides direction and consultation across all school sites k-12 for Mariposa County Unified School District. Develops, revises and implements policy, programs and procedures to align with positive student outcomes and school/district mission.

• Reviewed complicated transcripts and complex student issues.

Mariposa County High School serves 450 students just outside of Yosemite National Park. MCHS is the only comprehensive high school in the county. During my time in this position I have supported my team in developing robust programs that focus on hands on learning, student experience and academic excellence. The Alley Beer and Wine Bar was a project that my husband and I worked on for several years together. We renovated and redesigned the space and build a cultural hub to bring together our vibrant local community and the world travelers that visit Yosemite National Park. This venture was a wonderful experience and called for an array of talents and skills.
