Assist the teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities.

Support students with their learning,including one-on-on and small group assistance.

Prepare and distribute learning materials.

Assist students with special needs as required.

Monitor student progress and report concerns to the teacher.

Supervise and care for children in a safe and loving environment.

Plan and engage in educational and fund activities such as reading arts and crafts and outdoor play.

Communicate with parents about children's progress and needs.

Identify students social and emotional needs.

Provide one-on and group counseling for students with emotional or behavioral difficulties.

Act as a bridge between,parents and teachers or create a supportive environment.
