Florina Tseng

The Assistant Dean for Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Climate (ADDIEC) is a senior academic position
reporting to the dean of Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine. The ADDIEC provides leadership,
coordination, consultation and strategic oversight for increasing diversity, broadly defined. The ADDIEC
is responsible for building a culture of inclusion and fostering a climate of belonging in Cummings School
through engagement at all levels with faculty, staff, trainees and students. The ADDIEC works
collaboratively with relevant groups, committees and individuals. Working together with the Tufts Chief
Diversity Officers and diversity and inclusion education directors, the ADDIEC will raise the profile of
diversity and inclusion at Tufts and in Cummings School, enhance communication and facilitate provision
of services to students, faculty and staff, and contribute to a culture of belonging and equity
