With over thirteen (13) years of progressive experience in managerial and technical roles within the education sector, I have honed my ability to foster teamwork and build impactful collaborations with diverse partners and stakeholders. In my recent assignments, I successfully collaborated with a team of dedicated professionals to provide essential managerial and technical support for national-level education programs in Malawi and Zambia. Our commitment was directed toward offering holistic, contextualized, and relevant guidance to the Ministry of Education, ensuring that our contributions aligned with their strategic goals. Throughout my career, I have cultivated a robust skill set in foundational learning programming, teacher training, materials development, project design and management, project implementation, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, facilitation, proposal writing, resource mobilization, and scriptwriting. My experience spans collaborations with government agencies, local and international non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and the Government of Malawi, demonstrating my versatility and adaptability in various settings. I bring a solid foundation in organizational and analytical skills, complemented by a strong passion for project management. My perspective on project coordination and workflow optimization empowers teams to achieve their objectives efficiently.
