  • Interface with multi-cultural subcontractor personnel on all construction issues (permitting processes, work progress, Quality, Safety, scheduling, issuance of new work and invoicing).
  • Ensure that completed projects are ready for testing i.e. Preliminary Acceptance Tests (PATs).
  • Interfaced with Lucent Quality Department/permitting agencies/subcontractors/independent testing labs (compaction and asphalt testing) to assure the quality of the work.
  • The improved results of this Quality Program facilitated timely issuance of construction permits that supported a schedule of 20-30 simultaneous Access projects.
