I consider myself a physics facilitator rather than to say a physics teacher. As a facilitator, I can lead a student centered learning with a model where the student have a individualized pace and freedom of learning to find the joy and fun of learning physics. I set the curriculums with the goal of learning for each of the unit with required scientific works needed to complete for assessment as the target to check the proficiency of the students in terms of learning content of physics as well as acquiring scientific skills. The curriculum is designed with models based learning approach and Modern Classroom Project based instruction that has four components of assessment as
1. Summative Assessment: Unit-test/Project.
2. Formative Assessment: HW/CW assignment.
3. Lab-Experiment/Simulation Activity
4. Quiz/Knowledge Check(KC).
I was a paternity replacement teacher at Xavier High School teaching conceptual physics and AP-1&2 physics classes.
My daily starts with a homeroom class for welcoming the students and making them the feel of learning from the morning. Facilitating physics classes with the inquiry based lectures and activity based learning for the students as per the curriculum guidelines set by the leave teacher.
