In 1998 as Director of Operations of Sizzler Australia I helped lead the organization from an EBITDA loss to profitability.


In 2020 helped lead and guide SIzzler USA through COVID 19 successfully by changing directions of the operation as needed.


In Fiscal 2023 I helped lead Sizzler USA to it's most profitable year at restaurant level EBITDA.


In Fiscal 2024, half way through the year October of 2023, we are already on pace to exceed the EBITA of last year all while growing guest counts.


I have personal developed over 20 managers from being a Team Member to General Managers, Assistant Managers and District Managers.
