• SSP Volunteer and Co-Lead at the Special Olympics North Regional Volleyball Competition (4 hours) - volunteer with the medical staff by assisting as needed, supporting the players and fans, and helping with other duties involving venue setup
• SSP Volunteer at True Worth Place (4 hours) - read and played with local children while helping with other tasks at the shelter
• SSP Volunteer for the 2023 Fort Worth Triathlon (4 hours) - supported hydration stations for the athletes of the event by filling water and gatorade cups, handing drinks to runners, and picking up trash along the trail

• PM&R Charity Golf Tournament Volunteer (3.5 hours) - volunteered at the 'Heckle Hole' to help the participants enjoy themselves while encouraging donations for the PM&R Charity, an organization that helps raise money for people that can’t afford all their medical bills or rehabilitation devices
• 2023 Christian Medical Association Mission Trip to Mission, Texas Volunteer (36 hours) - Set up and ran free health clinics at local churches in the rural Texas Rio Valley area. Under the guidance of preceptors, we provided medical care, education, and treatment to this underserved area

• Christmas Card Sorting and Creating for a local retirement facility (1 hour) - helped make Christmas cards to encourage and provide well-wishes to residents at the local retirement facility.
• 2022 Fort Worth Walk to End Alzheimer's Volunteer (3 hours) - volunteered by encouraging participants and attendees while raising awareness of Alzheimer's as a condition that is treatable and common; additionally volunteered with the 'take-down' process for the organization
• 2022 EMRA Day of Service with TCOM's EMIG (2 hours) - creation of care packages for those experiencing homelessness in the community
