Manages the scheduling of over 300 courses for 1,000 students annually, offering over 50 different courses across 37 instructors. Coordinates with Nellis, Air National Guard (ANG), and Reserve Training Managers to build training schedules for the organization. Instructs six college accredited F-15 and faculty development courses, leading students through numerous maintenance objectives including maintenance and troubleshooting on flight control, hydraulics, and engine starting systems. Authors and validates lesson plans for over 50 courses ensuring accuracy, safety, and timelines are accurate for lesson plan requirements. Trains instructors on career development through instructional internship, awarding accolades for teaching milestones.

Manages multiple teams of maintenance personnel, directs eight career fields on aircraft maintenance and scheduled maintenance priorities, updating the Mission Operation Center (MOC) with aircraft status changes.

Troubleshoots, leads maintenance teams, and assigns maintenance personnel per mission requirements. 7-level; red X, In-Processing Inspection, jack/tow supervisor, Controlled Movement Area (CMA) access, and engine run certified.

Manages $5M worth of equipment and tools, issuing and inspecting individual tools, tool boxes, and aircraft equipment for the flightline. Managed spare tools, Composite Tool Kit (CTK), 145 lost tools, & Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) programs.

Services, inspects, and repairs F-15 airframe and systems, performing maintenance on deficient components.
