Lubrication plumbing:

• Installing automatic grease and oil pumps
• Mount and set pressure switches
• Mount modular lubrication blocks,
• Install grease and oil injectors
• Bend, cut, and install piping or hose

Pneumatic plumbing:

• Install and plumb pneumatic solenoid banks
• Install plastic tube or copper tube
• Mount regulators and gauges

Hydraulic plumbing:

• Build and install hydraulic banks.
• Mount hydraulic gauges, flow controls and check valves.
• Install fire resistant hose or sleeve.
• Use para flange tool to make stainless steel line.
• Test lubrication, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems for leaks and proper function.
• Install fire suppression systems

Welding:

• Build catwalks, panels, and mounts for machines to specified print

Mechanical:

• Use floor plan to place machine while in build process
• Bolt assemblies together
• Install bearings, sheaves, and Keys
• Fit shafts and linear slides
• Install Electric motors, rolls, and cylinders
• Install belts and correctly tension to specification
• Drill and tap holes when needed

• Disposed of old tires correctly, meeting safety and environmental requirements.
• Inflated tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements to optimize tire safety.
• Repaired tires to avoid costly replacements by patching, plugging and replacing valves.
• Rotated, mounted and balanced tires on cars, trucks, and vans.
• Dismounted, mounted, and repaired tires according to manufacturer specifications.
• Installed batteries
• Oil changes for routine customer maintenance
• Helped customers find correct tires for their needs often times using my own experience to give best advice while selling tires or even batteries.
• Wrote up customers work order or received payment after work was completed.
