  • Led a successful SAP Materials Management blueprint formulation and implementation project for Tongaat Hulett Zimbabwe(THZ) as the team lead from July 2015 to May 2017.
  • Developed the SAP Materials Master Data for THZ with a combined 40000 lines of stock items.
  • Contributed to the successful currency conversion exercise in SAP leading the Materials Management team as the resource person between March and April 2024.

  • Successfully championed the identification of redundant and/or obsolete material from inventory and subsequent sale via auction, realising about 2.3m dollars in revenue between 2013 and 2017.
  • Successfully assumed role of fuel and fertilizer management, reducing losses and variances to less than 1%.
  • Reduced departmental SHE audits findings and non-conformances by 90%, putting the Stores department among the best performing in the organisation.
