I have been traveling to several places around the world as much as I can. To get to know the culture, customers, traditions, and Amusing Tourist destination locations. Such as;  Japan, Thailand, Hongkong, Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Tbilisi, Georgia. I gained such unforgettable memories while I was traveling to those places.  I am inspired by the great author Carol Shiled's "The Stone Diaries". I am so fascinated by cooking different cultural cuisines such as my favorite Arabic, Ethiopian, and Asian foods with exceptional aromas and unique tastes. I love creating foods inspired by different cultures.
