Data abstraction and data entry for the American College of Cardiology National Cardiac Data CathPCI Registry. Identification of areas for quality improvement based on metrics and outcomes reports from the registry for the cardiology department. Collaborate with the cardiology department to develop areas for Process Improvement within the cardiology department. Chart review for AMI mortalities and documentation of areas for improvement in patient care.
Actively participated Quality Assurance Program within the Quality Department. Currently working on Metrics that are reported in QHIP.

Executed daily operations of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Electrophysiology Lab and Interventional Radiology Lab.Supervision of clinical care provided to patient through the development and maintenance of patient care standards. Managed 75 staff members and achieved significant improvements in their productivity.

Executed daily clinical operations of the Ambulatory Eye Surgery Center.Management of 40 staff members. Performed administrative, managerial and clinical functions, such as taking responsibility for the staffing of the operating rooms and planning for long range goals. Observed nurses and visited patients to ensure that proper nursing care was provided.

Development of the Structural Heart Program at Lenox Hill Hospital Heart and Vascular Institute. Established protocol for glucose monitoring for ambulatory patient undergoing invasive procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. Executed daily operations in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Electrophysiology Lab, Neurological Interventional Radiology Lab and the Interventional Radiology Lab. Performed administrative as well as managerial functions, such as taking responsibility for the unit's staffing, budget, planning and long-range goals.
