I have been in the restaurant biasness since I was 14 years of age. I know the front of the house as well as the back. I believe in the consistency with our service and food. The customer is always right no matter what so you have to use all your abilities and tools to make them happy. It doesn't happen all the time but you listen and you do everything you can to correct and if you accomplish that then you have a repeat customer and from them you will have many other customers. Word of Mouth is everything in this area. I know the residents very well some I have known most of my life and some I have met since working here and I know them and what they want and what they should have. I believe in the village and want to see our dining come back to be best in the area. It will take a lot of hard work and Im willing to get in there to make it happen. Positive, upbeat and passionate about helping residents live full lives. Develops and coordinates activity calendar and promotes events. Excellent command of schedule management and safety protocols.
