Make bed checks and documents at the scheduled time as required.

Assumes supervision responsibilities in the absence of faculty.

Contact designated faculty as directed and notify them of problems and/or incidents.

Completes required forms for faculty intention meetings.

Serve as advisor and positive role model for assigned students.

Prevents, intervenes, and reports student altercations and incidents.

Administers First Aid and CPR during emergencies in accordance with the American Red Cross.

Conducts and practices emergency evacuation procedures.

Assists in maintaining facility grounds and keeping equipment in proper working condition.

Responsible for Critical Incidents and Incident reporting when occurs during scheduled shift.

Up-loading clinical supportive documentation (i.e.: motivation logs, intensions forms). Performs other related duties as assigned

Drive students to all appointments; doctor visits, etc.

Coordinates maintenance and repairs on vehicles.

Keeps all vehicles clean and presentable.

Ensures safety of all passengers; safety

At all times, adhere to safety standards and regulations established by the State of Arizona and Department of Motor Vehicles;

Understand and appropriately apply policies and procedures, and adhere to agency-wide practices and regulations

Protect program participants' health, safety, welfare, and confidentiality of records and participant information.

Participate in community-building activities as appropriate to the position.

Other duties assigned.

Teach people basic hygiene and home building skills by helping them to clean, decorate and maintain healthy housing environment.

Ability to maintain confidential information.
