The responsibility of the QA Agent is to ensure the medical records viewed contain the
correct patient information and any requested medical information pertaining to the
medical chart from our clients •
Ensuring that the employee follows their schedules properly as designed

Meet and/or exceed required goals for efficiency, accuracy and speed
•
Review each page of the chart/progress notes to make sure that the records retrieved are
for the correct member and meets predetermined requirements

Ensure the confidentially of data collected and stored is maintained appropriately
•
Any other duties assigned by Manager
•
The employee must be able to follow Company policies
•
Receive direction from others, work effectively with co-workers in a constructive and
positive manner •
Perform other tasks and duties as necessary

May be required to work charts that have been rejected when error
