I have worked with my father at his business since I was a child-honing my skills on how to fix sprinklers, install and maintain beautiful landscape projects and work with a crew.

When I went full-time, I took on more responsibility as a foreman and project manager. Our business has large retail clients as well as small and large commercial properties that we maintain.

I learned how to acquire new contracts from large HOA communities as well as maintain multiple crews of landscapers.

At Home Depot I was:

-Plumbing, Kitchen and Bath supervisor
-Safety team, and equipment trainer.
-Cross Merchandizer
-Inside garden/outside garden associate
-Shipping/receiving
-part-time millwork associate

• Trained new employees on overall company and department-specific policies and procedures.
• Conducted performance evaluations for employees, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for growth or improvement.
• Maintained stock of items, cleanliness, organization, and provided excellent customer service.
• Managed team of 5-7 employees, delegated tasks and held each employee accountable for completing assignments.

• Safely loaded and unloaded trucks using appropriate forklift attachments, reducing the risk of accidents or injuries.
• Kept warehouse clean and organized by removing debris and returning unused pallets to designated areas.
• Improved warehouse efficiency by skillfully operating forklifts to move, locate, and stack materials.

This was a part-time job I worked for some extra income.
