I am a husband, father and businessman, used to getting my hands dirty and putting my all into my work.
With 25 years of experience supervising everything from retail employees to landscaping crews, I understand how to keep a business running efficiently while also making sure my employees feel important and cared for.
I started as an entry-level employee at Home Depot and worked my way to being supervisor. At this time, I also worked part time for my father’s landscaping company to learn the business.
After twelve years at Home Depot, I fully transitioned to work in the landscaping business-learning as a foreman and project manager on major landscape construction projects as well as large scale landscape maintenance with several YMCAs.
After a few years, my father made me Director of Operations and Maintenance, and we have run the company together ever since.
I have worked with my father at his business since I was a child-honing my skills on how to fix sprinklers, install and maintain beautiful landscape projects and work with a crew.
When I went full-time, I took on more responsibility as a foreman and project manager. Our business has large retail clients as well as small and large commercial properties that we maintain.
I learned how to acquire new contracts from large HOA communities as well as maintain multiple crews of landscapers.
At Home Depot I was:
-Plumbing, Kitchen and Bath supervisor
-Safety team, and equipment trainer.
-Cross Merchandizer
-Inside garden/outside garden associate
-Shipping/receiving
-part-time millwork associate
This was a part-time job I worked for some extra income.
