With 11 years of experience at Baycare, I have progressed from working in the call center to holding various roles such as phlebotomist, PCT, and nurse. These diverse experiences have made me adaptable and provided insight into the inner workings of different departments, all with the shared objective of ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. Graduating from nursing school in May 2022, I swiftly transitioned into the role of an RN on September 6, 2022. As an RN, I consistently demonstrate proficiency in delivering direct patient care, even in high-pressure environments. My ability to manage challenging patients and navigate stressful situations while remaining calm and composed allows me to build trust with both patients and their families through confident communication.
