As Vice President in both Trust Administration and Wealth Management the mission was to correct and provide guidance to more efficiently perform the Account Manager positions held by staff. My role was to also streamline day-to-day procedures to mitigate processing time lost when an employee was absent.
The tangible results oriented management allowed each department to meet and exceed business targeted goals by the collective Board.
Employee performance and expectations were elevated when a more relaxed working environment was achieved.
