I worked with disabled adults and youth. The main focus was encouraging personal growth through creative activities by implementing hands-on learning experiences that emphasized teamwork, problem-solving, and self-advocacy skills. As the event planner, I was responsible for planning special events such as fundraisers, career days, and holiday celebrations. Along with providing on-site support during the day of the event, including problem-solving if necessary.
