Spending almost 250 hours as a high school football manager while taking 8 classes. Assisting the coaches in anything they needed to allow them to focus on coaching. Checking we have all the supplies we need even if we aren't responsible for it. Anticipating what the coaches need without needing to be told. Organizing the weight room in the most efficient way to do jersey/pant handouts and keep the room clean. Paying attention during games at all times so I know when defense is on for me to take stats and to make sure the person taking stats for offense is on the sidelines when it is their turn.
